Textfeld: About IPF Our club was established in 1967 and since that time we have processed about 2 million application forms. Currently we have about 300.000 active members in 192 countries. Our commitment and service has led us being recognised as the greatest pen friend organisation in the world. In 2001 IPF’s founder Neil O’Donnel retired and forwarded the presidency to the former Australian coordinator Julie Delbridge. With her the Head office moved to Suffolk Park, New South Wales, Australia. There all application forms are processed to ensure you get the best fitting pals matched out of our worldwide pool.
